Maurits van Oranje performed military service with the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps and the Royal Netherlands Navy.
During his corporate career he worked for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol where he held several management positions with a strong focus on operational excellence.
Early 2001 Maurits joined Philips DAP BV (Domestic Appliances and Personal Care as VP and global business manager.
In this position he headed major business improvements leading to significant EBIT growth whilst in charge of part of the Philips’ successful Philishave portfolio
In 2006 Maurits, together with Felix van der Houwen, started The Source B.V, a business accelerator with proven track record. In 2012 he co-founded S2NRG B.V. with Mark Roth, Gregg Bauer, Felix van der Houwen and Michel van Honk.
