He has extensive experience in the steel and aluminum industry and has lead businesses the South America with full P&L responsibility and for directing Operations, Commercial, Engineering, SHEQ, and indirectly, Finance and RH areas.
He has a proven business building track record through continuous growth and process optimization, reorganizations, cost reduction, leading the start-up of operations and subsidiaries, and new business development. A proven track record in change management and turnaround in fast-changing business environments. Improved company safety standards and ensured compliance with corporate P&P’s. These skills make him an important team member of the S2NRG operations team.
Felipe is developing the South American market
